Surface Preparation: Clean surface with a pressure washer to remove drt and debris. Make sure that the surface is clean, sound and dry for 24 hours prior to sealing. Smooth-troweled surfaces should be etched with etch and clean to facilitate adhesion.
Application: Premium Cure & Seal 30 can be applied with a solvent-resistant roller or brush. Cross-rolling should be preformed to ensure even film thickness. Do not thin.
Dry Time: Suitable for foot traffic in 4 hours and vehicle traffic in 72 hours. Additional coats may be applied after two hours.
Coverage: Approximately 100 square feet per gallon for exposed aggregate and concrete pavers, 200 for textured finished such as stamped, and 300 for smooth-troweled surfaces. Not aesthetically recommend for cured broomed finished.
