Shipping Information

How will my order be shipped?

Some products will ship FedEx Ground and others will ship LTL/Freight. Currently, we offer flat rate shipping or FedEx Ground live rates that vary depending on the product(s). Shipping prices are calculated during checkout after a shipping address is entered. Additional fees can be required for residential freight deliveries or lift-gate requirements. Additional Shipping Fees

Freight shipments that require delivery to a residential address or require a lift-gate service can require extra fees. You will be contacted after an order is placed, if you do not reach out to us before. Residential fees can be waived if delivered to a business address. Other possible unloading/delivery options below.

What if I can not unload the equipment I want to order?

A couple of ways to possibly resolve this concern is to: A.) pick the equipment up at the closest delivering freight terminal to you B.) Contact us about paying additional for lift-gate service C.) Make arrangements at a local business to work with you

Shipping Times

Orders with machines can take 1-2 weeks to be delivered. Shipping times can vary. Non-freight shipments through FedEx Ground will normally ship out between 1-2 days of the order with standard FedEx Ground delivery times. We will send FedEx Ground tracking numbers when the shipment has been created. Certain shipments require us to contact the customer for further information. California Compliant

Some engine-powered products CANNOT be shipped to California because they do not meet the emission standards of the California Air Resources Board (CARB).

Alaska and Hawaii

We will ship to Alaska and Hawaii if you are willing to pay extra for shipping. If you place an order to either and refuse to pay the shipping cost, we will cancel the order and subject the refund to a 2.9% processing fee. Contact us for more information.

International Shipments

We currently do NOT ship internationally, including Canada and Puerto Rico.

Re-consignment Fees

Changes to the delivery address requested after the product ships will incur a re-consignment fee based upon the price of the change.

Refusal of additional required shipping information, fees, or if we are unable to contact you will result in a cancellation/refund of your order that is a subject to a processing fee of 2.9%
